Flesh and bones is an opportunity to tune into the subtle landscape of the body through movement, sound, touch, breath, and the subtle energy body.

This is not about movement, it is about building awareness.

This is not about building flexibility or strength, it is about the opening.

This is a journey into the subtle realms of the body

A journey of tapping into the deeper thing inside.

The part of us that doesn’t need healing or fixing

The part that is the spark of divine light that moves through all things.

The body is a living library and each one has its own unique language.

 

These embodiment journeys are designed to reconnect you to deeper remembrances to assist you in-

• moving beyond the mind and expanding your conscious awareness of the body’s subtle signals.
• tapping back into the reverence and sacred nature of the body as a living prayer.
• reconnecting to the hidden truth of the body
• moving beyond the fear of being in the body fully so we can begin to feel at home
• developing your ability to expand your capacity to hold more energy
• expanding your awareness beyond the physical notions of what the body is

It is impossible to be in a deep connection with life or with another if we don’t feel safe in our own being. When we cultivate our own internal safety, we can –

• grow our intuitive abilities to listen to the messages the body has to offer
• transform and free up stuck energies into creative energies
• activate more of our internal lifeforce and merge with the energy of all life
• drop beyond the mind and develop more capacity to hold a wider emotional range
• soften our guards and come into greater rightness with our boundaries

A closed Facebook Group to digest, chart, and express your journey.

Plus intermittent FB lives with updates of the journey as we move through it.

You will need space in which you can move around and make sounds if needed

The recordings will all be held within the FB group
